Housing and Benefits
Housing
Fully furnished 2–3 bedroom apartments shared with other participants. 2–3 participants per room, with common kitchen, living area, washer, and dryer. Cost: $160 per week (deducted from paycheck).
Meals
Staff meals during working shifts.
Professional Experience
Work under the guidance of expert chefs with decades of experience. Learn diverse culinary techniques: from upscale plated dinners to high-volume banquet service (up to 2,700 plated meals per event).
