| F&B Rotational Internship (Restaurants, Banquets, Supervisory) | Dec 2025 | $21/hr ($7.50 base pay + ~$14.51 gratuity) | Rotate through restaurant and banquet operations, assist with service, gain experience in supervisory tasks and team management, and provide high-quality guest service in all F&B areas. |
| Culinary | Dec 2025 | $21.47/hr ($11 base + $10.47/hr gratuity) | Assisting with food preparation, cooking, plating, and maintaining kitchen standards, while gaining hands-on experience in a professional luxury resort kitchen, learning from experienced chefs, and contributing to high-quality guest dining experiences. |
Housing & Benefits
Housing
Provided by the resort at approximately $500/month, inclusive of utilities. Rent is payroll deducted for convenience.
Meals
Complimentary shift meals provided on property during working hours.
Uniform & Dress Code
Uniform supplied by Amangiri. Interns should bring solid black non-slip shoes, black socks, and a black belt.
