Meet the Team Behind Hospitality Experience USA

Tamara (Tam)

With a degree in hospitality and extensive experience in customer service, Tamara is dedicated to enhancing the participant experience. Having been part of a Customer Excellence team on an international cruise line, she now provides guidance and support to candidates, ensuring they feel confident and prepared throughout their journey.

Nenad (Ned)

With 15+ years of experience in cultural exchange programs, Nenad plays a key role in managing relationships with program sponsors and employers. His expertise in processing applications and ensuring smooth documentation flow helps create seamless experiences for participants. As the main liaison with sponsors, he ensures strong partnerships and program efficiency.

Djordje (George)

With over five years of experience in exchange programs, including being a three-time J-1 Work and Travel participant, Djordje brings firsthand knowledge and a passion for cultural exchange. An adventurer at heart—once driving a Yugo to Mongolia—he specializes in building strong connections with employers and universities. As a Project Manager and part of the Experience team, he helps create meaningful opportunities for participants worldwide.
